It is never too early to start planning for your retirement. Our plan allows you to contribute a portion of your pay, up to the maximum allowed by law. TMC provides a 100% match of your qualifying contributions up to 3% of your salary, while providing you with a diversified portfolio of investment funds to choose from. TMC's match is 100% vested over a 5 year period.
Paid Time Off
Time off with pay provides opportunities for rest, relaxation and personal pursuits or for recovering from illness. You will start accruing time off on your first day and able to use this PTO after only 3 months of employment.

TMC recognizes outstanding performance in a variety of ways, including bonus awards. Performance includes things like new ideas or suggestions that significantly improve TMC’s processes or the customer’s level of satisfaction, as well as extra efforts to meet critical deadlines or commitments. A bonus may be monetary or another type of reward or gift.
We encourage your personal and professional growth through continuing education opportunities. To help you reach your full potential, we offer tuition reimbursement up to $1500 per semester with a max of $3,000 per calendar year to cover the cost of tuition, books, and fees. This may be used for an immediate family member who is a dependent for IRS purposes instead of employee.
Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts
You can offset your dependent care costs by enrolling in our flexible spending account program to set aside pretax dollars to be used for dependent care costs throughout the plan year.
Most of our employees enjoy sporting the company logo, so we provide an annual clothing allowance to purchase shirts, jackets, etc. with the TMC logo.
Income Protection Insurance
TMC provides both short-term and long-term disability income protection coverage in case you become ill or injured and are unable to work. All employees are also covered by life insurance equal to your annual salary (up to $100,000 maximum). These coverages, as well as workers compensation insurance, are provided at no cost to you.
If needed, you can receive up to two days of paid bereavement leave in the event of the unfortunate loss of an immediate family member.
Employee Referral Program
Many of our employees were referred to us by other employees. We offer a Referral Bonus Program to thank our employees for helping us grow and hire exceptional talent.
We sponsor employee events such as holiday parties and summer family gatherings. This helps you get to know your fellow employees and is another way for us to say “thank you”.
TMC provides our employees with other benefits such as time off for jury duty and new parent leave with pay.
