TMC has a long history of supporting many customers with systems administration, maintenance, and operations across almost every government contract worked. TMC also brings prime contract subject matter expertise (SME) to IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) practices and processes where we have a demonstrated understanding of IT Service Management from a holistic perspective. We have experience in Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Transition, Service Operation, and Continual Service Improvement while effectively executing Service Desk Tier 1 through Tier 3 practices against established Service Level Agreements (SLAs). TMC personnel have supported the FBI, NASA, and the Department of energy (DOE) in performing Event Management, Incident Management, Request Fulfillment, Access Management, and Program Management. On our prime contracts, annual surveys are executed to continually improve our practices and we score in the “Excellent to Outstanding” range. Our performance for our prime contract customers has resulted in TMC and our staff in receiving performance awards and citations.
